Scope of Technical Support

TerraNova (HK) Limited offers technical support for the Jamp Jamp VPN application, aimed at assisting users with technical issues related to installation, configuration, and use of the app. Our support includes, but is not limited to, consultation services via email and access to online help documentation.

How to Obtain Technical Support

Users can request technical support by sending an email to erchi@hkterranova.com. We strive to respond to all requests within 48 hours. To ensure effective assistance, please include a detailed description of the issue you're experiencing, the type of device you're using, and the operating system version in your request.

Limitations of Support

Technical support is provided "as is" and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our Terms of Use. While we aim to provide timely and accurate support, we cannot guarantee that every issue will be resolved. The scope of our support does not include in-depth troubleshooting of unrelated system or network issues, nor does it cover the customization of the app beyond its standard features and functionalities.

Updates and Maintenance

TerraNova (HK) Limited may from time to time provide updates or maintenance releases for the Jamp Jamp VPN application. Users will be notified of such updates, which may include enhancements, bug fixes, and security patches. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the app is kept up-to-date with these releases to maintain optimal performance and security.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Jamp Jamp VPN application ("Application") provided by TerraNova (HK) Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these terms of use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Application.

Your use of the Application is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information related to the Application.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Application only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Access and Use

The Application is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to use the Application for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Application in a way that may impair its functionality or accessibility, or in a manner that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.

You further agree not to use the Application to conduct cyberattacks, distribute malware, send spam, infringe intellectual property rights, access systems without authorization, harass or harm others, bypass lawful restrictions, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or the rights of third parties.

Service Availability

The Application depends on network conditions, device settings, server availability, third-party infrastructure, and regional restrictions. We do not guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, available in every location, provide a specific connection speed, or allow access to any particular website, application, or online service.

Intellectual Property

The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TerraNova (HK) Limited and its licensors.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TerraNova (HK) Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Application.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction for adjudication.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if it cannot be so modified, it shall be deleted, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TerraNova (HK) Limited regarding the use of the Application and supersede any prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Jamp Jamp VPN offers in-app subscription services. Available subscription plans, billing periods, prices, trial offers, and renewal terms are displayed in the Application and through Apple App Store before purchase.

• Annual Subscription: Price and billing terms are shown in Apple App Store.
• Weekly Subscription: Price and billing terms are shown in Apple App Store.

All subscription purchases are processed through Apple App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the Apple App Store terms and conditions.

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage your subscription and cancel it at any time through your Apple App Store account settings. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically issue a refund. Refunds are subject to Apple App Store policies.

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply to subsequent renewal periods. You will be notified of any price changes in advance.
